NEIS will provide a formalized Recruiting Information
Network (service) to the CLIENT’s hiring
managers and its field operations. The CLIENT’s
hiring managers will list their open positions
with NEIS. NEIS will format, code, index and compile
these openings. The joint marketing efforts of
CLIENT and NEIS will create a candidate flow. NEIS
will format, code, index and compile the candidate
information. NEIS will then sort as to hiring criteria
(skills) of the candidate pool and forward to CLIENT
only the candidates that are qualified and interested,
given the level of service to be provided. NEIS
can/will provide each CLIENT hiring manager with
a level of service that meets their needs.
